Edit: I forgot to mention in the sheet template, that the reasons why humans aren't mentioned in the bonus section is because humans don't usually have either bonuses or debuffs... still, this character template is just a base because the game is mostly freeform so this entire system is a homebrew basic d20 i built based on minimal fallout stats... that said u can totally have normal mutant humans and/or cyborg or enhanced... tis open for discussion.[/b]
