[b]Age:[/b] Supermillennial, yet she only looks 9 or 10. This is a source of considerable irritation.

[b]Occupation:[/b] Lich; Slacking Off.

[b]Personality:[/b] Bitter and cynical: despite her age, she has enormous trouble being treated even as an adult, let alone respected as someone's elder. This has... done a tremendous amount to destroying her work ethic. She won't get the respect due, so she may as well not take part; things run well enough without her intervention. It's somewhat disturbing to hear someone that looks so young start mocking your flaws, though.
Despite the desire to be treated as her age, she still has a lot of childish pleasures... or some that would otherwise be seen as simply self-indulgent. Cake. Milkshake. Stuffed toys. Disliking vegetables, and most other bitter things.

[b]Bio:[/b] For many years, Kitty did her duties with vigour. Then for many, many, many more, she did them acceptably. For the past two decades, she's been doing the minimum she can get away with, and slacking off the rest of the time, though she's been doing a fine job of not letting any of the general populace know what exactly she is. As for her name: well, all liches have magical skill in common, so it's a logical conclusion she did [i]something[/i] nasty with it before being undead (assuming, of course, that the normal path of spellcaster -> lich is true)

[b]Stuff you often carry:[/b] A shotgun, cake, money, and enough types of violent metal things to ensure safety against everything except a magnet. Also a teddy bear of considerable size, next to herself. It is nigh unthinkable she could actually carry this lot in her pockets (hint: she's cheating, they're not really in the pockets).

[b]Type of magic, if any:[/b] She's a [i]lich[/i]. She does, however, have some key preferences: maintenance of her own body for one; expansion of her pockets into an odd magical fold to keep things in, and reinforcing her own capabilities. She's been mugged before. It ended up with the attacker being bludgeoned repeatedly with his own arm.
