Well, there are a few factions within the Synch that may be interested in interacting with the more organic elements of the galaxy. The Celestials are always curious about what the meatbags are doing, and Adrasteia is pretty level-headed for one of the older constructs. Other than that, there really isn't an actual government to the Synch, much less corporations, they function very closely to a hive-mind collective. As for things like black-ops and such... The Synch kind of doesn't have an infantry force to speak of... :E That actually could be something that a faction like the Celestials, or even Thanatos of the Monastics may contact other nations about, the observance of their war doctrine.
