He is making stuff up to make his life easier as he goes along it seems...
I highly doubt he could sneak into the medical office, if you have ever been to the nurse at a school you would know its a rather small room and I think a window or door opening would of alerted at least one of the three of us within the room.
Im also surprised the Doc could here us quietly talking all the way from the cafeteria.
