Actually agree with you a bit but the delivery obviously is turning people against seeing your point. Also id temper it with the fact that spam isnt always that close minded, and when it is its either part of the tough front or down to the same inexperience that causes the angst you mentioned.

There's never a point to painting all of spam with the same brush, either.
