They were still fun but once I crushed the campaigns once, I was done. Rome II, however. I still haven't finished. It is a wacky game for me. I enjoy the graphical improvements, Roman setting, and all that experience and legacy crap for your legions and agents. But the AI can be laughable at times. There were a few moments were they actually made a good move on the campaign map. For example, I was crushing some Celtic losers just North of the Greek States and seeing that one or two countries couldn't take me on at a time, they had four of them join up to form a confederacy. Using the two fresh countries, the confederacy actually clawed back a bit, but unfortunately my conquest of Libya finished and I pulled a general out which gave me the proper manpower to counter the Celtic push. Also, I do appreciate soldiers being stuck to armies but I dunno. It could have been done better.
