Your CS is looking good. One small thing:

- Your Genin is only allowed to have 1 chakra nature when he starts out, so you will have to choose between Fuuton and Doton.
On and:
- Small nitpicking, weighting 147lbs(67kgs) is quite a lot for a 13 year old. Generally boys of that age weight around 72-138lbs. :P

Besides that it looks all fine. ^^
