Mary Sue does something, with her awesome charming powers, and finds the villains lair, then using her charm again points out why every monster can't possibility exist so they don't. and they make it to the evil bad guy, which she murders him in cold blood, but that okay because she is a girl, and girls can murder, and not be seen bad for it.
