The picture went along with, "Women, wash your bras after buying them!" And they photoshopped a women's breast with this picture: http://www.snopes.com/photos/medical/graphics/lotus2.jpg (It's a flower thing). 

And it was a pretty decent PS and it's pretty fucking disgusting.
