It's been unofficially hinted at by a reliable source.

[hider=Spoilers]Lena Headey likes to tease fans with some things on Instagram. A while back she posted a picture of herself with her hands on Pedro Pascal's head, thumbs over the eyes, which was of course hinting at how exactly his character would bite the dust. More recently she posted a picture of a heart shape made with rocks titled something like "My stone heart." Seeing as she's done this kinda thing before to hint at spoilery things and the hint is super obvious, I'm pretty sure Lady Stoneheart will make an appearance in the next episode.[/hider]
