Joseph was walking briskly through the city before he came upon a staircase leading underground. Taking a glance at his watch, he began to head down. Taking a look at the schedules, he noted the convenience of the trains' timing in that there was one scheduled to go to just where he needed to go that was to arrive in twelve minutes. Paying for his ticket and heading into the heart of the station, Joseph stopped for a moment to purchase a magazine on some, "innovation on biology," as it was called. He chuckled. "So far behind," he said to himself before stuffing the magazine into his pocket. He then headed through the maze of hallways before finally arriving at platform 19, which was supposed to bear the train that would take him to 69th street terminal. He sat leaned on one of the support pillars, sighed, and waited, occasionally checking his watch and adjusting his grip on his suitcase.
