A bit about your character: He grew up in an adopted family, his mother having died during child birth and his father no where to be found, and no known relatives. He never felt like he was truly part of the family, and tended to act out because of it. In high school, he began drinking, hiding it from his adopted parents. This continued for several years. Then he received a letter from the academy, and decided to join to free himself from his family.
