The Rottweiler went from the front entrance and did a little scoping out before returning back to Kaylah. Clearly the situation was bad and it was going to get worse though Kaylah was unaware as she slowly made her way closer to the store itself, with her weapon held tight in her hands but as she walked closer people popped out of the entrance. There she could see several people, they were alive but they were not the only ones there as it seemed the walking corpses of this world were in the store as well. “Fuck, fuck, fuck. OK girl stay behind me and don’t bite the infected.” She put on a brave face though one could not tell as the lower half of her face was covered with a shiny blue vial, why she was still wearing this was always question of the day. A question that never seemed to get an answer. One of the survivors had a ranged weapon while another had a melee based one. Kaylah could also see another survivor as well but this one looked much younger. She did not approach any closer as they could be just as hostile as the infected though deep down she hoped they were not, killing was not her favourite thing to do and just chopping one down was enough. A noise came from within the store, was it from the dead or someone who was stuck within the store and could not escape. Of course at this time Kaylah’s two phobias kicked in, the infected could easily take away anyone she knew and it was even easier for her to get hurt in some way. Her eyes widened as she felt the terror wash her over, the weapon still in hand as she gripped it with both hands. She started taking a few deep breathes but it was not working at this point as she started to shiver, her dog soon began to rub itself against her to show some form of support. It worked but was it enough as she soon took another step towards the survivors, she needed to go into that store but if it was overrun with those infected then she would have to pass. There was still a nice gap between her and the others, her weapon could just about reach them if she stuck it out to them but she didn’t. Her mind was clear but the fears were still there yet the support of her furry friend made her push to this very point. Now she needed to know if they were friendly or if they were going to be assholes or worse cannibals. Story's went round and she heard a few as she traveled pass other survivors looking for places to call home, they went in the direction she came from and so she did not join them. “Ummmmmm, what the hell is going on, is that store full of the undead?” She did not say that very confidently as she was still scared, her mind said run but her body said stay right here. Bruiser stood close by, it bared its teeth though not to the humans but to the undead closing in. A growl could be heard coming from her, it did what it always did when bad things came its owners way. It looked like Kaylah was not getting any new stock this time.
