The shocking news that we heard about Mr. Lincoln declared war after Mr. Davis attacked an American fort. This is not good news for the citizens, that are caught in the cross fires. This new civil war could of not happen if Lincoln had just gave independence to the Confederate States of America yet if Davis didn't attack Fort Sumter. It is both sides' faults that this civil war over what happens? Slavey. Those black men had been slaves ever since the 1600s and most nations, that were the first nations to have slavery, were banned by the 1850s. I hope that both sides seem peace before more people die due to greed of Lincoln and the selfish actions of Davis. The Empire of Brazil announces that [b]it will not interact with the Civil War in North America[/b]. However, we [b]recognize the Confederate States of America as an independent country[/b]. We got other important things to force on back at South America than pick one side of a pointless civil war.
