"Well why would they say it if it wasn't true?" Alex's brow furrowed with the question. That was just weird. "Wait," he leaned forward onto the table a little like that would help him see Veleno better. "Does that mean people say things that aren't the truth a lot? How often does that happen?" His brows furrowed more before he pushed the next question to the back of his head; Doctor Orbrock said one mustn't accuse others of things, after all. He settled back a bit, face relaxing to a more neutral stare. "It's pretty cool you can draw all that though." He sat up a bit straighter, even though his arm had hooked over his sister's shoulders again. "Ooo, could you draw me? Do you do pictures of people not from your head? See, there was this guy at the other place, and he had a lot of people in his head, but he could only manage to draw them. Or, well, I think he said he was a she when he could draw - but that was weird." He shrugged. Jennifer simply sat there, hugging one knee to her chest. She had nothing to add, really any opening of her mouth would detract from the conversation. Best she had to offer was just quietly listening, and watching the room to keep from anyone creeping up on them. She didn't jump, but she did shift so she didn't hurt herself when her head whipped around to let her see who was yelling. The girl had to be new or off her meds if she was yelling like that.
