The group of survivors were soon in front of a cornfield though that did not last as they went into it. The dog itself was happy to do so and dashed through the cornfield checking out to see if any undead where present. Somewhere and certain survivors had to deal with them as the dog ran circles around some of them before running back to Kaylah who at this point was not in the cornfield yet. The woman in blue soon pushed herself into the cornfield and followed the closet person though she could not really see them but could hear them beating an undead to a permanent death. Along the way she grabbed some corn and put it in her backpack for later use. She feared that an undead would come out of nowhere and bite her or something as she did. The thought made her kind of nervous though the thought soon went when she got closer and heard something, sounded like a course of action. She heard other people beating down any undead close enough to them. "Okay long rangers up front. We need to pick some of these guys off before we venture any further into the property" Kaylah was soon at the front though to the left of the people presently at the front already. She watched as she saw one of the other survives slowly pick off a few infected, she was really good as well. After four went down she watched as the fifth undead take an arrow to the neck. In some way she really wanted to see a certain arrow go into a certain body part. She then said to herself quietly. Kaylah: “I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee.” She hoped no one heard that though she soon shook that thought out of her head. Video game memes were the last thing to think about at this time. Kaylah’s soon saw two survivors, one bashed in the skulls of the other two zombies. The other seemed to have stabbed the zombie; from the looks of things they had a relationship, most likely a brother/sister thing. She would call them crazy but not every had a fear of being injured. Kaylah then heard Dog say something though yet had to hear their name, hopefully when the farm was free she could get the names of these people who pretty much saved her. Dog: "Geez did you have to run in like that? You crazy bro." Just like that she soon heard someone make a suggestion. Tony: “As much as I don't want to... if we split up, we can get it all done faster...” It would be quicker to do so making her wonder who would go with who, would did be decided or would it be go with who you wanted to go with. Maybe the new people in one group and the older in another. Regardless of the setup she needed to ready her weapon, the hockey stick in her hand once more after drawing it out of its holding place. The nerves soon coming back to her as the chance of injury would increase and there was a chance she would be all on her own if things went wrong. Just like before she said something to herself. Kaylah: “Get a grip, we just survived a town full of the bastards and one of them just killed four in no time. Plus those two other there killed the other two.” By those two she was referring to Cat and Dog. Clearly the male freaked her out but maybe she would grow to like him, the other interested her more so. In the end this mismatch of people was an interesting bunch, hopefully no one would leave her on her own. Though as she said that her best friend appeared next to her.
