“You? Challenging me?” Roan asked at the same time as he looked at the face of his enemy, to determine how serious it was about its delusional claim. “You are just a lowly goblin! Don’t get cocky just because you were lucky once.” He again attempted to slash his foe with the greatsword in his hands, this time aiming at its head.Though unaccustomed with facing off against small humanoids, this time he adjusted the sword arc to account the diminutive size of his foe, and expectantly chop his head off for its defiance.

In the few seconds needed to regain his composure after the attack, Roan saw how near the enemy leader and its mount was and moved towards the beast aiming for it blindside, so it wouldn’t wander off again and to keep the enemy leader in striking range.
