[b]Personality:[/b] Katsuro has always been viewed as a high achiever, often attempting his best at whatever task he is given. He is not flawless, however, and understands this well, aiming additionally to twist his failures into best-case scenarios for failure. As such, Katsuro bears no strong feeling towards victory or defeat. Though the expression he wears may often seem neutral and cold, Katsuro is quite aware and empathetic of others, and is quick to dispense wisdom to whoever he sees is dejected.

[b]History: [/b]
Born into a family of well-established colonists, Isamu Katsuro had what one might've considered a modestly wealthy upbringing. His attitude towards personal achivement mainly came from his father, who always sought to find his own, better solution to a problem. As such, when Casvalians made planetfall to 'liberate' the colonists from the UEG's governing, Katsuro's father buffed up his personal Mechanical Frame to make it combat worthy.

It was the UEG forces stationed there plus some of these few prestigious MFs versus a more advanced platoon of MFs. Yet it bought enough time for the UEG and colonists to retreat to safer areas, ultimately leading to beating back the Casvalian efforts upon them.

When news came out of UEG-sponsored training academies for Mechanical Frames, Katsuro's father insisted that his son eventually enlist of one of these schools. Wanting to live up to his father's potential and more, Katsuro did so when of the applicable age. With his family supporting him all the way, Kasuro is determined to do everything he can to put an end to the injustice he witnessed upon his own home.

[b]Mechanical Frame:[/b] Custom UEG MF-V4 "Silverhawk"
The successor to the original Silverhawk Katsuro's father wielded, originally on an MF-V2 chassis. An abundance of upgrades, combined with the rapid advancement of UEG-issued MF technology, prompted Katsuro to invest in an MF-V4 chassis and retroactively transfer as much of the equipment as he could to the new frame. A vintage, yet effective solution, which has led up to this current model.

The use of multipurpose equipment, combined with an abundance of literal shields and a larger intended range of movement, capitalizes on adaptive strategy. Essentially, it intends to grant Katsuro several different ways to approach battle with an opposing MF, the strategy of choice dependent on the other MF's equipment and approach.

An effective way to approach the Silverhawk as an opponent, therefore, is to take measures to deliberately cut off or exhaust all strategies, even in a literal sense. Attacking the shields at the joints can bust them off, the jets can be quickly destroyed given the right opportunity, and stronger armor and energy protection can stop the autoguns and blaster, respectively.

[*]Plasma Blaster: A high-yield, dual-barreled weapon able to afford great range and power, but only when it is needed; Its output ensures that energy reserves for this weapon are quickly drained with excess use.[/*]
[*]Multiple-Use Shield Attachment [MUSA]: Three of them; one on the arm, and two on either hip. Each has a pair of 20mm ballistic autoguns, and can be equipped as a full-arm shield or attached to both hips to provide adjustable point defense on the lower half of the MF. Designed to be exchanged at any time should one be lost or destroyed.[/*]
[*]High-Frequency Daggers: A pair on each hip, sheathed behind each MUSA. Once drawn, uses an electron generator in the hilt to vibrate the steel-alloy blade extremely, with the intention to cut through most any traditional armor. Restricted to emergency use only.[/*]
[*]Thrusters: A set of boost-jets on the legs, for accelerated movement and mid-air position adjustment. Larger, more powerful jets are on the back, behind the shoulders, for yet faster movement, increased jump height, and severely limited hovering capability.[/*]
[*]Shield Fins: The larger tower-shields attached to both shoulders are adjustable akin to the MUSAs, with a range from protecting the arms (when limp) to guarding the major thrusters. They are also vaguely able to aid in steering the MF while in sustained flight; this has not been tested thoroughly.[/*]
[*]Energy Shielding: Basic energy barriers that help protect the main body against light energy attacks.[/*]
[*]Armor: Average armor plating on the body, plus highly-reinforced armor for the MUSAs and Shield Fins.[/*]
