Allen- He can create and manipulate water and its many forms: ice, mist, snow, rain

Their father was hardly home and when they saw him he was shut up in his room. It wasn't until their mother died did they find out just what kept their father gone. He was one of the scientists that were messing around with DNA. He started experimenting on his sons and when their DNA mutated and gave them powers, he threw them in the facility with the others.[/center]
