While we have several robots designed to fight, this is the first on the market designed to perform repair on military equipment and robots. And for high-risk situations in which human lives can't be risked, it includes proprietary Bartersoft(tm) software, which passes the Turing test a whopping 17% of the time, to allow it to trade for things it may need in the field, cutting down on the amount of supplies that must be supplied.[/i] MS-00 was found by Enclave troops while they were scouting the lower levels of a RobCo facility in Atlanta. Because it was his first activation, he assumed that they were from a military organization that had purchased him, and agreed to work with him. They upgraded his laser cutter and armor, as well as installed a targeting computer, several of which were found in storage crates marked "dangerous". He became quite valuable to them because of his ability to fix prewar technology. Over time he downloaded their entire technical database, learning to repair all manner of technology. He even reconditioned a series of photonic resonance forcefield generators for them so that their base would be better defended from assault, making improvements based on other forms of technology they had come across. He continued to work for them until he learned that the man they were once working for, their former president, was in fact *spoilers* an AI. This made him start wondering why he wasn't at least considered equal to a them, if they were willing to serve one of his kind. One day, after weeks of them refusing to treat him as anything but a slave, he waited until most of them were gone on missions and stole a Vertibird, taking it due west, hopefully out of their territory. After that, he made his living as a trader, putting his Bartersoft programming to good use. [/hider] If you don't like my mode of transportation, I can be shot down near Vegas. I was thinking of replacing some of the seats with crates for hauling cargo. Maybe a Gatling Laser mounted on the front. We could use it for the mission.
