Well any race is open, even one's less known. If you really wanted to you could create your own race, or be the only one of your kind, but in that case I'd need a little information about them as a whole. 
It's good to have someone interested though. If you need any help or have more questions don't hesitate to ask.

Once there is at least five of us I'll create the OOC/ IC thread and start feeding the CS sheets to there.
