Nah, they're almost equal. A nuke is equal to Brahmastra Kundala which is an A Plus NP, Excalibur's A Plus Plus. It's stronger, but not like 20x. Then Excalibur also has the whole "searing heat that evaporates lakes and wipes out mountains without even touching them" deal.

At least, in terms of raw destructive power. It also depends on the nuke and whatnot, but since Kundala's Anti-Country probably a decent-size one.
