I suppose there is more of me in Olivia than I first intended or care to admit. I guess that's what happens when you create your own character. It sort of is a supernatural teen drama, in a sense. Not that I enjoy those kind of shows, but I cannot deny the resemblance. I'm positive that I will. Character development is crucial, especially for your own sake. If you don't care to develop your character in a meaningful way, you are going to get bored and either fall behind or quit. This is always my main focus when I join someone else's roleplay; the story that the GM presents is just something to guide me, to set a general goal, but if I don't have my own goals or sub-plots, I always tend to leave the roleplay in a nice and befitting manner. It's often because of difference of opinion between me and the GM, or rather, 'vision' or how something would be/exist. For example, I could bitch about how Ozerath determined that Cid Dysley is not a Guardian, but I won't because this is a collaborative writing effort, and I like it when I'm surprised and get to 'discover' things in my 'own' creation.
