I'd rather this not turn into a silly derpbate that will inevitably draw in the firearms control crowd who are terrified of something they've never properly been exposed to and refuse to understand that normal, law abiding citizens do own firearms without ever breaking the law and the insane firearms rights zealots that will argue for their right to bear arms in every conceivable situation, especially the minute the news says there was another shooting.
