We get to play as a human or a primordial or a fear if the player wants to.

There is a fear hunter faction that will be present later on in the story

And to the third question no there will not be.. But there will be divine beings but I just listed the fears in the check, there will be fears, divine beings, Lovecraftian creatures and other things
