Personality: excited, murderous, blood-thirsty, prone to laughing fits. Vaied insanity

Abilities: Extreme speed, "Insanity sight" where he hallucinates multiple possibilities and schemes a way to avoid or counter a situation that could lead to his death in one moment (used rarely), and manipulation and generation of electricity. 

Equipment: Flexible light armor that allow him to fight normally with a little more protection. Claw-like Gauntlets with chained tips that can be shot out up to one yard.
