Sorry Scallops, Rider, this RP is closed. I've already long passed the limit of 3-4 that I originally had in mind, so I hope you understand that I cannot be accepting any more. 

FLATMATES are totally cool, I don't care and neither does Jin. He understands, however, some people don't like arrangements like that, so as long as both parties are comfortable with the idea, then all power to you. Paying rent would, after all, be much easier with a split in the work. 

PETS are acceptable in the apartment, though only small ones. Large pets /cannot/ be inside the apartment, and Jin will happily supply a doghouse/chicken coop/goat pen or whatever it is you need so long as your animal stays OUT. It's a simple matter of cleanliness and tenant comfort.

All that aside, I'll get to properly linking everything, and maybe work on the shitty maps if I can't find the old ones.
