Alexa rolled her eyes right back at Kali. "Gosh, Mom, I'll keep that in mind next time. I guess I just got a little too excited when Michael mentioned that he's a crime fighter," Alexa said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. Killing Michael was literally her job. He'd understand. Alexa followed suit, pulling up her own omni-tool. It was most likely that her needs would be put on the backburner compared to the rest of Aria's interests, but it didn't hurt to send out an intel request. She sent the message and closed her omni-tool. "I've sent a request to Omega. Someone there will know something, but they probably won't fill us in for a few more hours. Aria will be interested in our mission, but I doubt she'll devote any unnecessary resources to it." Alexa slowly paced around the room while Michael spoke. This stuff might have been important, but it was boring. Hell, was it boring. "Yarsin Pizora. Great. We'll talk to him first, and hopefully by the time we're done someone on Omega will respond to my request." Alexa stopped moving. She scowled, as a thought crossed her mind. "What do we know about Pizora? Who's he working for, what's his end goal, et cetera. And how trustworthy is he? He might be one of your contacts, but now he has connections to what's apparently the biggest underworld organization in the galaxy." Alexa might as well have been interrogating Michael, but they were necessary questions. "Look, these guys are the real deal. If someone was after Aria, we'd have people covering every open end in the galaxy. I think it's safe to say that these Puppetmasters will take that extreme even further. If we're going to walk into an ambush, I want to be able to expect the ambush. It's easier to retaliate, that way."
