Kali spoke up, "We have the money for it and if there is no ambush then we should pay him. There is no certainty of a betrayal but even if there is, we can just take the money back if he does betray us. If everything goes well, we'll have an informant in good graces with us. There's no use burning bridges if we don't have to, especially with our limited force." Kali checked all of her weapons and nodded in satisfaction, "Show us to this ship and let's get this job done as soon as possible." Kali was feeling more and more that she was the brains of this operation, and that inevitably lead to being the leader. Being leader meant responsibility. And Kali just wasn't sure if she was ready for that kind of responsibility so soon. She sighed, she supposed if she wanted to make some money and live to spend it she'd have to suck it up.
