The United Republic is outraged at the blatant deceit being spoken by the Prussian Empire. Upon the decision by the French Empire to remove themselves from the war, the United Republic was worried that the old Anglo-Franco rivalry would once more make a come back. During our attempts at peace, with the 8th Coalition we simply asked that they would not interfere should France and Britain once more enter into a war. Upon the decision to stay in the war, it was decided by the United Republic to ignore such possible tensions and continue friendly relations (which we have fought hard for) with the French Empire. We have no desire for a strong Prussia in any case. 

Furthermore, the logic of revealing this 'document' goes against the benefit of their Nation. If we had offered such to Prussia, why would their Nation reveal such to the world? It is apparent to all that Prussia desires a United Germany. If I had offered such an insane idea, why would Prussia not keep this idea silent as opposed to revealing it to the world? Why not takes us up on this offer? 

Considering the deceit posed by the Prussian Empire, I would present to the world the full Treaty of Amsterdam. I said nothing on the basis of honor at the request of the 8th Coalition. Furthermore, this was the only way they would sign the peace treaty that we had begun looking towards. I, to my shame, allowed this article to be added. It was in fact this article that lead to my initial turmoil. And so, I present the full Treaty of Amsterdam to the world.

I. Active hostilities and/or blockades enacted between all signatories will immediately cease, and this treaty will be recognized as the document ending the state of war existing between any and all signatories as of its signing.

II. Malta and the Ionian Islands will be transferred to Italian administration, and a policy of mutual non-aggression will be instituted between the United Republic and the Kingdom of Italy, lasting for a total of ten years. All signatories will consider the previous agreement concerning the Ionian Islands, between the United Republic and the Kingdom of Greece, to be null and void.

III. The island of Heligoland will be purchased by the Kingdom of Prussia from the United Republic for a sum of £25.

IIII. (SECRET) The United Republic will not interfere when the members of the 8th Coalition move to claim the land of Denmark from the Scandinavian Commonwealth.

Take note of Article IV if you will, Nations of the World and be outraged at the blatant power grabs of the 8th Coalition. They did it to Belgium. They will do it to you. People may ask why Britain is in the war; I would remind them that this is a war for not only the Sovereignty of Britain, but also that of Belgium and the entirety of Europe. By breaking the Treaty of London of 1839, the 8th Coalition is truly a Coalition of Tyranny.

Britain will not stand for this perversion of Truth. And neither should any other Nation in the world.
