ZRA Zra was equally surprised as Alu when the door suddenly opened, revealing the redhaired man standing behind it. The demon wasn't fast enough to notice it right away, but as soon as Alu uttered the word, Zra could smell the coppery scent of blood oozing from behind the man, the vampire. He glanced quickly at Alu from the side to gauge what her reaction to the vampire was, if there was some plan of attack they were going to do, but she lowered her arms and her stance became less defensive, prompting him to do the same. But it would have been foolish to lower his defense completely and readied his knife under his sleeve, ready to defend himself from an attack from the vampire. He had to admit, meeting a vampire on Earth wasn't surprising. Unlike the demons and the wizards, vampires didn't have a world to call their own. They were just scattered all around Earth, doing their own thing and very rarely banded together, which did make it surprising to find an entire den of vampires. Lost in his thoughts, Zra was brought back to reality by the sensation of a gaze burning into him, raising his eyes to meet with the vampire's. His red eyes couldn't be compared to anything other than a blazing inferno, and yet a cold chill ran down his spine as they locked gazes. Slowly, the vampire broke the connection and looked back to Alu, obviously deciding that she was the best one to talk to. " I see. Well, I can guarantee that all who live here are my own personal men.Only vampires reside here, unless it is a vampire you're looking for." He said in such a way that made it seem that he knew that a vampire was the last thing they were looking for. A slow smile spread across his face as he leant against the doorframe, " Then in that case, I will personally assist you in finding him." VALENTE The way that Jecht swung the shard of glass made Valente wonder if he had ever been in prison before, or a street gang. Neither would be far fetched, considering Jetcht and Trixxtal were old as hell, and when you live as long as they had anything was possible, he guessed. Valente made sure to remember to ask him later when he wasn't trying to shank with a broken piece of glass. As Jecht swung, Valente disappeared once again, the jagged glass ripping into the plush surface of the arm chair, much to Trixxtal's horror. A short cry came from the blonde as stuffing came tumbling out of the cushion. Another piece of furniture ruined. " Jecht! Stop destroying our house!" He scolded, rerouting his anger to Jecht now. " I know right?" Valente commented, appearing at Trixxtal's side again, leaning against his shoulder, but this time Trixxtal didn't shrug him off. " First the table and now the arm chair? Man Jecht, how are you going to fix this? Oh! I know!" He perked up, nudging Trixxtal, " Good thing that really nice seamstress lives on that vacation island not too far from here. You remember her, right Trixxtal? The one who is really nice to Jecht?" The vampire's expression quickly darkened and Valente couldn't help but smile victoriously, continuing, " If only we had her number...oh wait, we do!" A small white business card materialized in his hand and he waved it lightly in Trixxtal's face, a red lipstick mark clearly visible for them all to see, " Good thing she slipped this into Jecht's pocket the last time you guys visited there, right? Oh look, it even has her personal cell phone number on it! What luck!" As expected, the card was ripped out of his hands by Trixxtal who took a single look at it before rounding back to Jecht, " What the fuck is this Jecht? You got that bitch's number even after I said she was into you? How could you do that? I told you this would happen! Why didn't you tell me about this, you thought you could hide this from me?? I can't believe you sometimes! After all we've been through and.." Valente grinned as Trixxtal went off on Jecht, waving the card around furiously in his face. He had been around long enough to know all of Jecht's warning signs and attack stances, but that also meant that he knew alot about Trixxtal as well, such as all the things that made him angry. And of course there was nothing higher on the list than the paranoia of Jecht's infidelity. Not to mention that a fight between the two grandpas could last a while, if not weeks, giving him more than enough time to stall until those uninvited guests had left Protettore's fortress.
