It's a good thing every Lord of Lundland is an upstanding fellow, who would never debase themselves with such barbaric practices such as piracy or raiding. Especially not the good Houses of the North. Why, they are of the highest repute, and long has our kingdom prospered under their nature as peaceful traders and humble fishermen! EDIT: It's mostly because of the military implications that resources are staying at previous levels at the start. For some people, thousands of new bullis would be added to their treasury, which would vastly expand their military. This would involve a lot of calculations, and since everyone's already done a metric butt-tonne of those, I'd like to spare people from any more future math.
