Alright, here's my form~ I plan to have the IC ready either tomorrow or the day after, so if you'd rather start when the IC starts then join soon! Of course the RP will still be open after the IC is made.

Personality: Vindle is very kind and will help anyone. This personality of his would keep him just relaxing at the guild everyday, however he has what you might call a prey drive. Vindle loves going on jobs for catching criminals, as he feels he doesn't have to hold back against them and in return he usually overdoes it. Vindle would never kill anyone, though.
Magic: Vindle is able to manipulate water. He has something like "a more advanced version of Juvia's magic", so he has magic like Water Lock and Water Nebula, but more as well. Vindle also has Ena which always him to breathe and see underwater. Due to being on land a lot for guild duties, though, his ena has weakened and unlike before, he cannot stay underwater forever. He can stay underwater for a long time, and he has his house in the water near Magnolia. Unlike most mages who will have their magic replenished overtime, Vindle's does not. Instead, he has to find a water source and stay in the water for his magic to replenish. The water can't have anything like chlorine, either; everything in it must be natural, such as salt in ocean water.
History/Bio (optional): Vindle was born to an underwater village that was full of water mages who have ena. Wanting to see life on land, he left the village to explore. The most important rule in the village was never to leave the water, though, and he was banished from the village.
