This is the weirdest thing I've heard in a long time, but it's beautiful! I don't know what to say, even taking out the bizarre story behind the album (Which I implore you to read about [url=http://noisey.vice.com/en_ca/blog/light-in-the-attics-lewis-lamour]here[/url]) the album itself has this amazing minimalist synth music and you cannot understand a single word the man says, but it all comes together to make something that feels almost transcendent. It's never something I would have expected to even hear, let alone enjoy but this album is just fantastic.
