Oh, come on now. Just look at that face. You know you love it. 

Anyway, I’m thinking about making a young lady who grew up in one of the experimental vaults, located in what used to be North Carolina. I still have to work out the details on how she got west, but I’ve got a few ideas. I’ll start on the sheet tomorrow, as its late here and I have to wake up at a decent hour. 

One question to any of you Fallout experts; Vaults, are they numbered based on location, or is it completely random?
