Sasha sighed and shrugged, "A higher rank gives you better access to harder jobs, more money and such" She said, "Master Jamie keeps the harder jobs, the more dangerous, back-in otherwords they aren't one's you can do by yourself, or at a specific rank." She looked over at the guild members, "We can all take a hit, Mayt, some of the other members might consider it offensive if you think that getting hurt will stop them. When we fight each other, its about respect, and skill. It means you respect the other person, and you respect their power and abilities. Or whatever. But I don't think this is optional, unless you speak with Master Jamie about it" She quickly caught Jarvis's attention, and ordered some food and drink, settling back. "But anyway, if you really don't want to fight in the tournament you could always throw the fight" She said, and then fell silent, staring at the table, clearly in thought. "Mayt...will you help me learn to read properly?" She asked softly, after a few long minutes. Mayt was, after all, the only one that knew she didn't read well, but beyond that, she trusted him to help her, and to not make a big deal about it. "I seem to be having trouble learning by myself"
