Alex's brow quirked as the bartender pointed at the couch with a smirk, one finger tapping the bar as he contemplated his situation. The bar was quiet, it was warm, it was dark...no one would be in for awhile. Unless the farmer was an absolute moron, he wouldn't injure himself on the first day, there wouldn't be any chore that could potentially cause an injury that would need Alex's immediate attention. Most of the town knew he was either asleep or delivering the hang over remedy at this time anyway, so if he really was needed, most would look at the bar after no response was found at the clinic. His only appointment was much later in the day, and the deliveries weren't expected until the afternoon anyway. The downside...there really wasn't one. Alex rubbed his chin, green eyes flicking to Nuka for a moment. "....I'll get the lights." The doctor hopped up, walked over to the far wall, and hit the switch to turn the lights off. Heading back, he practically vaulted the bar itself, gave a nod to Nuka, then collapsed onto the couch. It was far too comfortable to even be fair. Alex immediately felt his eyes start to droop as he curled up, thin frame easily fitting into the cushions as he gave a large yawn, already starting to pass out. "Good night Nuka..." Social obligations be damned, he already let Joel make him breakfast, that was enough for one morning.
