[b]The Federation of European Powers (FEP) Official Letter To Lance Corporation [/b]

Dear Robert McClain

I would like to congratulate you with your recent endeavour to space. 
The reason for this letter is that the FEP would like to fund any future projects that your corporation may begin. This includes any inventions and patents you will be creating.
We would also like to give you a special facility, modelled by your company, in any country currently part of the FEP.
The only thing we want in return is that, when you successfully land on the moon, you will help the FEP begin to create its own space program.
