Considering the recent changes in the state of the war, the United Republic of Great Britain and Ireland call for a conference to determine a peace between the members of the Allied Forces and the Eighth Coalition. The declaration of war by our former Ally Austria is heart breaking on such a level that we can only hope that peace between all our nations is the only recourse. We would like to thank our Ally France for agreeing to host this conference in Paris. To speed the process along, we would request that each alliance send only four representatives. We will be joined by the French Empire as a mediator in this war and it is our hope that God will place his hand upon this conference. We hope that each side will come to an agreement that benefits all our nations in a manner of give and take. Compassion must be the objective in our search for peace.

To the Nation of Brazil, we would like to formally request your nation to renege on the support of Dutch Colonies and formal apology offered to the British Government for the increasingly heated rhetoric being spoken by your leader. We ask this not in a prideful or condescending manner, but rather because Brazil must realize that they hold a place of responsibility in South America. By antagonizing a European Nation, they are inviting disaster upon not only themselves, but by their alliances potentially the entire South American Continent. We have no desire for hostile relations with any nation in South America. We would humbly ask that the Argentine and Grenadine Confederations speak sense to Emperor Pedro II. 

We thank our allies for standing beside us in this war and hope that the Representatives of the Eighth Coalition will meet our own in Paris. God bless us all.
