Tyler also has a couple of other weapons in the basement of his car shop, but the one's mentioned above are the one's he uses the most.

[b]Weaknesses:[/b] Tyler has the habit of getting involved without having a plan. He prefers to make up as he goes along, and while that has proven to be a good thing for him, it also got him in trouble sometimes. There are also times when he can get over confident and thinks that he can take on anyone regardless of their size or numbers. Because of that he often found himself fighting guys bigger and stronger then him and even multiple foes at once. If it wasn't for his weapons, that actually kill, instead of just incapacitate, then maybe he wouldn't be alive today.

[b]Base of Operation:[/b] The basement of his car shop.

[b]Biography:[/b] Born and raised in Champion City, Tyler is the son of former 2 time NASCAR champion Jeffrey Black. Because of his father's occupation, Tyler developed a huge passion for cars and dreamed of becoming a NASCAR racer like his father. That dream was shattered at the age of 15 when Tyler's father died in a horrible crash that took place during a race. After that Tyler didn't want to become a NASCAR racer anymore, but the passion for cars remained strong. Tyler tried to move on with his life but times became hard, especially since his mother started drinking heavily and Tyler rarely could rely on her for anything because most of the time she was drunk. But despite that he managed to finish high school with success and even learn some mixed martial arts and how to use guns, mostly for self protection, because the streets became more and more dangerous. 

One year after he finished college Tyler befriended a man that was organising street races. The man hired Tyler at his car shop as a mechanic and taught him everything he needed to know about cars. Sure, Tyler already knew some things but it wasn't enough. The man also introduced Tyler to the world of street racing but after his first race, which Tyler lost, the man decided to teach Tyler a few things about driving. Tyler's driving skills improved and he started winning race after race, earning the nicknames of Bullet and 9mm because of his speed and driving style. Two years ago, after some of his friends were literally executed by some thugs from a gang, combined with the total uselessness of the police, Tyler decided to take matters into his own hands. He forged an outfit, bought weapons using his father's money and became a vigilante, protecting the innocent and delivering death to those that deserve it. 

Criminals, thiefs, rapists, gangsters, Tyler decided to punish them all. And on the body of every one he killed he left a picture of the Grim Reaper, thus earning the nickname of Reaper. Of course no one said it was gonna be easy as Tyler almost got killed many times and often found himself in dangerous situations that he barely got out of. But the suffering continued. Three months after he started his vigilante career, Tyler's boss, the car shop owner and street racing organiser that taught Joe everything he knows about cars and driving was killed after he was attacked by some gangsters on motorcycles that fired Uzi submachineguns on his car. After the man's death, Tyler took over his car shop and also became head of the man's street racing crew, which are also employees at the shop.
