Well the Allorisian Empire's history states them being an inter-planetary power that had expansionist goals. I don't think they would have settled as a client nation of a race that doesn't share the same ideology of the Allorisian. :S

I guess that could work, the Imperium wasn't an isolationist nation before and promoted the advancement of other states, it's possible that contact was lost when the Harlaci government decided to isolate themselves from the rest of the galaxy.

Also, would there be a galactic council of sorts in the RP? Like the ones in Mass Effect where each race/nation are represented for political matters.
