The weather didn't bother him in the slightest. If anything the rain was just another weapon, coating everything in water that was ready to freeze and be used against his enemies. His clawed toes were bare and with every step he left a patch of frost behind him. The rest of his feet all the way up his calf were wrapped in bandages akin to that of a kick boxer and his hands were wrapped in a similar fashion, leaving only his claws exposed. Rage was walking at a brisk pace through the old complex, making his way to the ground level. A familiar scent wafted through the air and he stopped in his tracks, sniffing the air to be sure. One of the benefits to his condition were the keen senses and abilities of his animal. The scent was unmistakable. Human. The temperature around the White Tiger dropped dangerously below freezing, ice and frost spread across the floor and walls around him as his anger spiked. Like a coiled spring he shot down the stairs in quick bounds, leaping over the railing and dropping the last flight. He landed in a roll and immediately got to his feet and sprinted out of the building, following the scent. With cat like grace and agility Rage vaulted over abandoned cars and kiosks as if they were no obstacle at all. The human scent was close to the perimeter fence that separated their apocalyptic hell from the human world. Judging by the potency of their scent there was at least a small group of them and they reeked of hormones. Teenagers. Rage snorted and slowed his free running dash into a casual sprint. Damn kids.. despite his namesake and his tenacity for killing humans, Rage killed hunters. People who meant to kill him and their other mistakes, not kids. He would not kill them but he would scare the everliving hell out of them so they would never come back. A change in the scent confused him momentarily. It was not as strong.. there were less of them now. Had some of them suddenly acquired intelligence and fled? The White Tiger huffed. His jacket was soaked but underneath the layer of white fur that covered his body was dry. His run ended at the corner of a crumbling pizzeria where he could get a good look at the humans without being spotted yet. As it turned out his sense of smell was correct. Human teenagers. One to be specific. And a female no less. Now.. what would posses a lone human female teenager to wander into this hell by herself? He couldn't imagine anything other than a thrill junky. She was about to get a thrill alright, he thought as he stuck to the shadow of the building. The girl was about a hundred yards away, close enough to feel the temperature drop as he willed it so. She -and any others within that radius- would feel the air getting chillier as their breath would become visible. Rage was about to make his appearance when another Hybrid swooped down from the sky and landed in front of the girl. Quickly he stopped himself and remained hidden, observing like the predator he'd become.
