Backstory: Giygas was the alien who was raised by humans, though he was powerful. He quickly became leader of the entire race of Starmen, and became known as the Universal Cosmic Destroyer. But his power did not stopped growing. Eventually, he got so powerful he lost his mind, and even his body could not contain it. He was pre-emptively defeated before he could become a threat to the universe.

With a much more controlled approach to psionics, the Starmen carried on without their leader, and a new leader emerged. The leader's name was Ayax. Far more powerful then even the Final Starmen, though nothing like his predecessor. He witnessed the seeming destruction of all life on Earth, though now it seems like life has found a way to continue to thrive. Now he must go to the planet where Giygas visited twice, and was defeated twice. If the ability to use Psi was still present, something which mankind stole from the Starmen, then things had to be done...

Ayax and the Starmen were Earthbound.
