Personality: A natural leader, though reluctant to take responsibility, Jeff is intelligent and strategic in all he does. His biggest downfall is his pride and inability to trust, or even confide in, anyone. Though he is capable of faking pleasantries in short bursts of socializing, he tends to prefer being on his own.

History: Jeff had been raised by his older brother, Mark, who would often go to the surface to salvage what they needed to survive. Though Mark always scolded him, Jeff would often tail him on the surface to learn about the mundanes and how to get around without being seen. Mark left one night without a word, he went with the political group to try to change their way of life. He made a bold sacrifice and paid the ultimate price for it. Jeff, now alone, with no one to turn to closed himself off emotionally and began training his abilities. It wasn't long before he realized the true depth of power he had as on of the few Golden Uisilons; every day he worked hard to develop those skills. And, following in his brother's footsteps, he frequently made trips to the surface to replenish stocks (though he always did so in secret.)

Stance on whether or not to retaliate against the Mundanes(Reason Why): Jeff's official stance is that they are at war, and their survival depends on their willingness to overcome the mundanes by force. However, in practice, Jeff knows that many of the surface dwellers are innocent and even completely ignorant to the plight of the Uisilons. Like everything else, his stance is a cold shell on the exterior hiding the complex truth within.
