Appearance: Small in stature, and unassuming. Paler skin and soft features make Yosuke appear meek and weak. He has long, black hair that is usually tied in a ponytail. His eyes, one as green as jade, and the other blue like water, sit evenly in their sockets. His eyes are the only feature that make him stand out. Always wears kimono and hakama, with sandals or geta, and an obi sash. An unassuming male.

Personality: Shy, quiet unless spoken to, and seemingly always in a state of melancholy or depression.

Short Biography: The only child of a two peasant farmers, he lived his young life starved and ostracized. It was only a matter of time before his parents passed away from the impending sickness they'd had for a long time. He was around 10 at the time, and his only family was taken from him. Yosuke was forced to carry a large burden he couldn't carry on his own without giving out. So, after years of trying to make it work and failing, he did what he could at the time, his last resort. He sold his parents' rice farm to a local merchant. He would use this money to travel to Edo, where he would then enroll in a dojo owned by Hachiro Kenji.

Notes: Though small and not as strong as bigger people, he is quite fast. Though, he doesn't wish to use the way of iaijutsu offensively or defensively, unless absolutely necessary. Stronger attraction towards the practices of Zen.
