I've already taken the liberty of inviting some big shots", she told Snyper, "the Mayor and a scientist who may be interested in this. Follow me." She walked away towards the door. "Me too?", Ghost asked. "Sure", Leona said.

While Ghost and Snyper were fighting, Leona had sent a message to the Mayors, the leader of the Defence Force. The Mayor of Scientia insisted on professor Darkling being present as well, so Leona had invited her as well.
