I'd ask the players what they'd want to do. Some of the ideas here are pretty good, but we'll never get around to them if we just stagnate. Start things rolling along, I think.

It might also be wise to select somebody from the group here to be a co-gm, so that you won't have to carry it all by yourself. Everybody here has their pros and cons, but I think Savo has been the most helpful so far.
