Half Oriental, Alice has long black hair, which she eventually cuts. Her almond-shaped brown-black eyes are usually hooded and somewhat glazed over, making her look as if she were in a trance. Alice has a slim body, with not much muscle.

Alice is very quiet and rarely socializes with any other people unless on a mission. She is a strong believer of destiny and believes that everyone's destiny is already decided, and that people must accept the path that has been laid out for them. Because of this, Alice always keeps her cool, even in very dangerous situations. However, although this can be a good thing, it also leads to her not taking things seriously no matter how urgent the matter is. Although she doesn't usually dislike them, Alice never understands people with big dreams and who always expresses them vocally. She always follows orders and is loyal to all of her superiors, even when their motives are questionable. 

[b]|Biography|[/b]
Alice comes from a fairly well-off family from the Chlorba District. As a young child, she always looked up to her older brother, Juko Meyer, who had wanted to join the Scouting Legion. Her mother, Namiko Hatsuba was Oriental, and married James Meyer. The couple had wanted 3 children, but changed their decision when Juko was eaten on a mission. Alice and Juko had always had a very close bond, and the former was shocked when the news of his death was passed on to her. From this incident, she developed her belief of destiny and has not had any friends since then. Alice's only goal in life is to end up in the same place as her elder brother when she dies. However, a few days before Juko's death, Alice had already applied as a recruit and decided to go along with it.
