[b]Treaty of Odessa[/b]
[b] Article I.[/b]
Upon the Signing of this treaty this treaty the nation of Romania shall cease all hostilities between said state and the members of the 8th Coalition
[b]Article II.[/b]
The Signatories also agree to enter into a Non-Aggression pact of 5 years length this pact may be broken with the mutual consent of all signing nations
[b]Article III. [/b]
The Nation of Romania also agrees to pay 1,500,000 Russian Rubles (1,500 stat money) to the Russian Empire for war reparations.
[b]Article IV.[/b] 
The Nation of Romania also agrees to allow any and all Armies of the signing nations safe passage through the Romanian state Indefinitely or until both nations see fit to dissolve such agreement.
