@Eisenhorn: Hmm, ok. One last question, is it possible to have more than one character? Or with the current number of characters that are in the RP this isn't allowed? EDIT: Here is my char
Name: Constantine Drustos, also know as Omicron-Sigma 657 within the ranks of the Adeptus Mechanicus (The first name is the one he uses when he communicates with people outside the Mechanicus while the second one is his "official" name within the priesthood of mars, so to speak) Gender: Male Age: 120 Appearance: Equipment: -Ballistic Mechandendrite (Shoulder Mounted) -Exploration Mechandendrite (Shoulder Mounted) -Medicae Mechadendrite (Sternum mounted) -Utility Mechadendrite (Sternum mounted) -Two leather-bound books, one details The Sixteen Universal Laws of the Omnissiah while the second one is a chronicle of his explorations/designs. -Dog-tags from the Harakoni Warhawks 358 regiment Personality: Omicron-Sigma is what could be considered a radical within the Adeptus Mechanicus, a fact which originates from the many wonders he saw during his time in an Explorator Vessel which marked him for life along with the teachings of the Magos in charge of said vessel. This fact should not be taken for a disregard, or worse devaluation, of the achievements that humanity managed to accomplish in the ancient ages, it is the desire for a return to this which guides him on his current path: said path is marked by the desire to take what has come fro before and experiment upon it to find new ways to alter or enhance it; along with this he scoffs at the idea of merely waiting for a STC to appear to give them what they need for a certain situation or to improve, believing that by emulating their ancestors -with this he means in experimenting like them with new technologies- they can manage to accomplish the same (though he still finds the STC's to be great relics from the pasts). Contrary to most other adepts of the Omnissiah, Drustos enjoys talking with people from the outside -specially if the topic is related to any form of technology- and tries to maintain at least cordial relations with the people he meets; however this friendly face is usually replaced by the cold logic from which most Martian priests are known the moment he enters the battlefield, not hesitating to sacrifice someone -even if said person is their friend- if it would serve to advance the mission,a change which occurs near-instantaneously, along with this is also a deeply rooted distaste for senseless sacrifice -be it either living beings or machinery- but knows better than to disobey should the order be given by the Inquisitor. History: Constantine Drustos, or Omicron-Sigma 657 as he was known back then, started his career in service to the Machine-god as a lowly Enginseer in the Harakoni Warhawks, were he tended to the Machine-spirits of the various aircrafts used by the Warhawks to perform their grav-chute combat drops. It was during this time that his mentor Epsilon-Zeta 656, and future leader of the Explorator fleet in which he served, recognized his potential when he made a reparation on a Valkyrie using components that -while not heretical- were frowned upon during an operation along with the Skitarii forces that the Magos was commanding. Following this, the Magos took him under his wing and shortly after that he was embarked on the Exploration fleet of his master. His master believed that by finding enough components with the Explorator Fleet he had at his command, he could obtain enough resources -lost technology, and information, wise, not actual material resources- that would allow him to propose to the Martian council to begin experimenting and innovating on minor technologies, and if that produced beneficiary results major technologies later on. The council deemed the knowledge obtained too little, and the idea of Epsilon-Zeta 656 too radical to truly implement. Desperate to achieve his lifelong dream, Epsilon-Zeta utilized all that he had at his disposition to try and make his dream come true; by this time the, recently renamed Constantine Drustos, was already a magos and had to watch as his mentor and everything related to him was lost on the fool pursuit of the goal the magos had set. He eventually choose to follow in Epsilon-Zeta 656 footsteps and became an Explorator-class magos of his own, but instead of trying the same route as his mentor Constantine decided to seek the Inquisition trying to see if he could one day seek patronage within the shadowy organization, owning to it's considerable power, to continue the dream of his old master. Position in Retinue: Being an Explorator-class Magos, Constantine acts both as the groups resident mechanical expert, assigned to such duties as maintaining the various equipment of the retinue or as a hacking expert based on what the situation demands, and -should the situation truly require it- emergency chirurgeon. He is also present during some of the interrogations, mainly used to stabilize the ones being interrogated should it be needed.
Well, here's my character, hope it's good enough to be accepted and if anything needs to be changed -or if you'd rather have me scrap the character in it's entirety- don't hesitate to tell me. Thanks for your time, and sorry that the image is to the side, couldn't find one that I liked to give the vibe I was searching in my character.
